We are Daydream Travel, making our customer's travel dreams come true!  We are committed to offering travel services of the highest quality. Our experience and commitment to customer satisfaction has earned us a solid reputation in the travel industry.

What we stand for is honesty and integrity and to always put our client's interests ahead of our own.

What makes us different from other travel agents and the online mega companies is our commitment to what we call the Value Equation.  The Value Equation states that Best Price + Best Service = Best Value.  Best Price is straight forward. You either have it or you don't. But the fact is that the majority of the time, we can match prices (or beat them) with the other guys.  So if that is true, then Best Service is the defining factor that affects overall Best Value for the client.  Best Service can be difficult to quantify but it can be measured (especially when considering that time is money) by the client him or her self.

Best Service includes, but is not limited to, such things as:

• Answering the phone in person (and usually on the first or second ring).  Do you like calling a travel company and hearing "all of our agents are assisting other customers at this time.  Please stay on the line and the next available agent will assist you as soon as possible."
• Being Available When You Need Us.  For us, the travel business is not a 9-5 weekday only job.  We are available to help you most of the time by email, phone, and mobile.
• Getting to Know Your Personal Preferences.  We make a concerted effort to know our clients personally and to understand their likes and dislikes when it comes to travel preferences.
• Handling Problems that Arise.  As with all things, problems do occur from time to time when we travel. Airlines cancel flights for no known reason, travel documents get lost in the mail, etc. We are here to help when the unfortunate happens.
• Following Up With You When You Return from a Trip.   We call our client's when they return from a trip to welcome them home and hear about their trip.  Most of the time, it is a celebration of a great experience and we love to share in the customer's joy.  But when not everything is satisfactory, we need to hear that also.  It is the only way we can help to make the next travel experience better for the client.
